At least it did in this instance. Kayla Arqueta wanted to play the cello in her middle school orchestra, but she couldn't do it without help from her music teacher, a faraway designer, a high school engineering teacher, and a volunteer team of teens with a 3D printer, all of whom helped build Kayla's prosthetic arm.
